Flagship Co., Ltd. was a subsidary of Capcom and was originally based in Tokyo1 and later in Osaka2. It was founded by Yoshiki Okamoto and Noboru Sugima. Capcom brought in screenwriters with teleivision and film backgrounds and setup this subsidiary specifically to write the scenarios behind videogames. Included were Hirohasa Masuda (Power Rangers, Masuda) and Shozo Uehara (Ultraman).3
The company is best known for it's development of The Legend of Zelda: Oracle of Seasons, The Legend of Zelda: Oracle of Ages and The Legend of Zelda: The Minish Cap. The studio was also responsible for collaboration on Kirby & The Amazing Mirror (with Dimps & Hal Laboratory) and Kirby: Squeek Squad (with Natsume). It's also known for the script input into the Onimusha series.
