Working at the return desk at Torys R Us for the majority of my working life (thank god those days are over), I got more than a few videogames back resealed with blank discs. Sometimes it's the employees who jack the goods and reseal it, and sometimes its the customers, but you can always tell. It wasn't my place to play toy vigilante when I was only getting payed $9.50 an hour, so I always took it back anyway.
