Born in Saitama Japan, Azusa Chiba began learning piano at the age of four. During high school she decided that she wanted to pursue a career in music, and consequently enrolled in a music college. After graduating she began to work on arrangements for bands and CD dramas. She then joined Basiscape and has since worked on a variety of projects, most notably Tekken 6 (composition), Tactics Ogre: Wheel of Fortune (arrangement) and Guild01 (composition for Crimson Shroud.
