Douglas H Baker

A Game Designer for Enix and Virgin Games, Inc.

Douglas H Baker was one of three Enix employees responsible for the American localization of the original Dragon Quest (here, Dragon Warrior). He, along with Scott Pelland and Toshiko Watson, were responsible for introducing the states to the immensley popular (and, for all intents and purposes, first) RPG series.
