An Event Planner for Square and Square Enix
Jun Akiyama has served as an event planner for Square titles including Final Fantasy VII and Final Fantasy Tactics. On Vagrant Story, he served as the event director. His largest role has been in the development of Kingdom Hearts, where he worked as a scenario writer and event planner. He also contributed to Final Fantasy Tactics Advance as an event script editor. Most recently, he worked as an event planner on Final Fantasy XII.
Square revealed a teaser image and various Final Fantasy XII staff members in the form of an advertisement in the Japanese magazine Dorimaga. Jun Akiyama (FF VII) will be the production supervisor while Akihiko Yoshida (FF Tactics, Vagrant Story) has been chosen as character designer and Hideo Minaba (FF Tactics, FF IX) as art director.1
