Metroid: Other M to have two hour movie to sum up story
Instead of asking players to get through the game twice, Metroid co-creator Yoshio Sakamoto has explained that Metroid: Other M will contain a two hour movie comprising of cutscenes from the game and pre-recorded footage. Divided up into chapters the creative team hopes this will allow players to discover new concepts or story points they may have missed on the first playthrough.
Metroid: Other M is primarily a third-person action game from Team Ninja for the Nintendo's Wii console. The game provides the opportunity to change the game to first-person view (where the player cannot move) by pointing the Wii Remote at the screen in order to more accurately shoot or find hidden areas. The game is to be released on August 31 in the United States and followed shortly after by releases in Japan, Europe and Australia.
